Eric, is an Accredited & Certified Life & Relationship Coach, Certified N.L.P. Master Practitioner, Certified Social Engineer, Certified Hypnotist, and Certified by The United States Institute Of Peace, in Conflict Analysis, Negotiation and Conflict Management.  In addition, he is an expert in reading body language and is an Author, Influencer and Motivational Speaker.

Eric Straton brings a creative ability combined with a skill set and two decades of experience helping individuals acheive success, and fulfillment in their lives.  He is a perfectionist, and expects the best.  This is why, and how, he has had the opportunity to work with so many fine, and successful individuals over the years. He is the Co-Founder, with his wife, Ruthanna, of EmergeCore,  a business dedicated to assisting individuals in reaching their highest potential and living their best life.

Ruthanna served in various roles within the entertainment industry for 20 plus years including, starting as an artist member of a Duo, The Lott Sisters, she also was a Beauty Pageant winner in a number of competitions.  She chose to pursue a career in the music industry serving as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the Country Music Association, and served on the Board Of Directors for The Music City Christian Fellowship producing Sunday Morning Country at the Grand Ole Opry House. Ruthanna also served in the roles of Talent Manager, Public Relations, Film Producer and Radio Promoter.  In addition, she has completed advanced studies in Psychology, Social Engineering and is an accredited & Certified Life Coach. Ruthanna, like Eric, is a perfectionist in all that she does, and is passionate about music, and helping others.

Her extensive background and expertise in the music business coupled with the vast experience of her husband partner makes this team a powerful force!
