Web Builder Questions

Q. Why can't I view a website I made for my domain with Web Builder?

A. There are a number of reasons why this might occur. In Web Builder, if you press the Go button next to Click here to view your website and you don't see a result, make sure you have pressed the Go button next to Click here to activate your Web Builder site. Also, make sure the computer you are using to view your site uses the IT-100 as its DNS server.

Q. What kind of help is built into Web Builder?

A. Web Builder has a built-in context sensitive help feature. No matter what part of Web Builder you are working in as you construct a site, you can click the question mark symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the page to get help. A box will open describing the functions available on that particular page.
