Your Web Builder WYSIWYG editor is not letting you edit a webpage

SYMPTOM

You have opened the Easy Edit WYSIWYG editor in a web browser to edit one of the pages of your Web Builder website. When the Easy Edit editor opens, instead of seeing the pictures and text of the page, you only see the toolbar and an empty pane where the content should appear.

CAUSE

You have most likely opened the Easy Edit WYSIWYG editor using Firefox or another unsupported web browser. Although you can use most web browsers to manage CoreVista Web ® and build a site with Web Builder, the Easy Edit editor can only be opened properly using Internet Explorer.

SOLUTION

Back out of Web Builder and close your web browser. Open CoreVista Web in Internet Explorer, navigate to Web Builder and open the Easy Edit editor. It should now display normally and let you edit your selected webpage.
