Antivirus Does Not Update

SYMPTOM

When you update the definitions for the IT-100's Antivirus Program, either manually or automatically, the definitions do not appear to be updated and the time stamp remains unchanged on the Antivirus Update page.

CAUSE

When you initiate an Antivirus update and there are no recent definitions available, the time stamp on the Antivirus Update page does not change. The program has actually connected to the update server and checked for recent software updates but in this case, you currently have the most recent update available on the IT-100. When this happens, although the program has run, no time stamp update occurs since no software has been downloaded.

SOLUTION

This is a normal behavior of the IT-100's Antivirus Program and does not signify an error.
