Troubleshooting

On occasion, you may encounter an issue with your device that you did not anticipate. While the IT-100 running the CoreVista Web® Operating System is highly reliable and robust, sometimes an event will occur that impairs one or more of the elements on the device. To assist you when these events happen, EmergeCore has collected a Knowledge Base of known issues you may encounter and we have posted a description of the symptoms you may find and the solution to the issue. By following the directions in our Troubleshooting Knowledge Base, you should be able to resolve these issues with a minimum of support and have your IT-100 running at peak efficiency quickly.
