At this time, you can not load anything onto the IT-100 that would run as a program. There is no access to the directories or file structure on the IT-100. Q. There is a parallel port in the back, is it functional? A. The parallel port on the back of the IT-100 is not programmed to handle printing. It is recommended to use IP printing on the Local Area Network. A. You will need to contact Technical Support with your contact information and the serial number of the IT-100. Q. Do you have shell access setup for the IT-100? A. We do not offer shell access to the IT-100. Q. How do I set or change the Time/Date on the IT-100? A. The Time/Date can be changed by clicking on the Time/Date displayed in the left side bar menu. Q. How many users can the IT-100 support? A. The practical limit is about 20 to 25 users. There are limitations depending on memory use and the amount of activity occurring on the device. The more users accessing the device at one time and the number of features and services that are operating all consume available memory. If you had more users who accessed the device infrequently, you might be able to support more than 25. If you have a few users who use the device heavily, you might not be able to support even 20. The figure of 20 to 25 users is based on average network usage in a small business environment. |
