Q. How can I lock down IT-100 security in high firewall but still allow some services to have access?

A. The simplest way would be to take your IT-100 off the Internet temporarily and then set it to Low Firewall. In Low Firewall, look at the Advanced Firewall settings for the services you want to allow through in High Firewall. Common services you would want to configure to transverse High Firewall are web services and email. Write down the configuration settings then set your Firewall to high and set the configuration for the services you are interested in on the firewall. You can then connect the IT-100 to the Internet again.
