How To Determine the Pixel Size of an Image
As you read above, the pixel
size of an image in Web Builder can only be up to
90 X 125 pixels. A larger image may result in distortion
of your webpage. Pixel stands
for picture element and is the
smallest point that can be displayed
in a television screen or computer monitor. Computer screen
resolution is usually expressed in pixels such as 1280
X 800 or 1280 X 1024. If
you are unsure of the pixel size of an image you want to upload to Web
Builder, it is easy to check.
Here's how you get started:
Use Windows
Explorer to locate the image
you want to upload
Right-click
the image
Click Properties
in the menu that appears
In the Image
Properties box, click the Summary
tab
In the Summary
box by Width and Height, you will see the pixel
count for the image
NOTE:
If a series of grayed out fields
appears with no data, look towards the bottom of the box. The Advanced
button should be there. Click it to get to the Advanced
Summary box.
