How To Create a User with the Custom User Template

Users receive rights and permissions to use and administer services on the IT-100 by the type of user template applied to them when they are created. The four pre-configured user templates are End User, Domain Supervisor, Local Supervisor and Master Administrator (Manager). Each of the pre-configured user templates has a fixed configuration of permissions. You also can create a user with a completely new user template with any type of permissions configuration you would like. This new customized user template can fill a unique role in your organization not filled by the pre-defined user templates. This gives you a high degree of control over which user roles you want to create on the IT-100 and exactly what level of permissions they will have to use and administer services and features.
