How To Add an Address to Webmail's Address Book

The Squirrelmail software that is incorporated into the IT-100's webmail can be used to create a customized address book, just as in other email client software. This means you can create a customized address book containing email addresses of whoever you want to contact with your webmail account. Here's how you get started.

 

  1. Open EmergeCore Webmail in a web browser

  • The EmergeCore Webmail Login page will open

  1. Type your user name in the Name field and your password in the Password field and click Login

  • You are now logged into webmail in your Inbox

  1. In the toolbar at the top of the page, click Addresses

  • The Add Address page opens

  1. In the Nickname field, type in the name of your contact as you want it to appear.

  2. In the E-mail address field, type in the contact's actual email address.

  3. Type in the contact's First and Last names in the available fields.

  4. Type in any additional notes about this contact in the Additional info field.

  5. Click Add address.

  • The page will refresh and the contact will be added in the Personal Address Book box.

  • You can repeat the process from this page to add another contact. Also, you can select any contact by checking the checkbox to the left of the contact name and then press either the Edit selected or Delete selected buttons.
