How to Delete a Domain from the IT-100

Although the IT-100 can host numerous domains and provide email, web, FTP and DNS services for those domains, occasionally you may want to delete a domain that is hosted by the IT-100. If you delete a domain hosted on the IT-100, all of the users who belonged to that domain will no longer be able to access any of the services previously provided to them as domain users. To delete a domain from the IT-100:

1. Go to CoreVista Web

2. Click the Domains folder in the left-hand sidebar menu

• The main Domains page appears

• Note: you can see all of the domains hosted on the IT-100 in the Domains box

3. Locate the domain you want to delete and click the Delete trash can symbol next to that domain

• A page appears asking if you are sure you want to delete the domain

4. To delete the domain, click Yes, I would like to delete this domain

• A page appears notifying you that the domain is being deleted

• You are taken back to the main Domains page

• Note: the domain you deleted is no longer displayed in the Domains box
