HOW TOs: Alarms & Monitoring

  The IT-100 has an Alarms & Monitoring feature that allows you to monitor a wide variety of services running on your device. This feature gives you the ability to configure which services you want to monitor and to quickly view the status of services and hosts you are monitoring. The Alarms & Monitoring feature can also be configured to send an alert to an email address if the status of any service you are monitoring has changed. In order for the monitoring process to work, the IT-100 must poll or query the selected service periodically to determine it's status.
